Healing Art Dreamscapes

I've created videos of some of my healing art dreamscapes, where you can practice visualization for inner healing.

I've also included a simple and basic guided meditation to help you get into a relaxed state, accompanied with ambisonic music beats to enhance your visualization experience. However, you can always mute the music if you prefer.

These videos are a great way to unwind and relax into a light receptive meditative state, helping you connect with your inner Being and soul.

Visualization

Before beginning your visualization, I recommend keeping a piece of paper or journal handy to record any thoughts, sensations, memories, visions, messages, colors, scents, or any other impressions that you may receive.

This way, you can capture these experiences and potentially understand their meaning later on. Even if they don’t make sense at the moment, writing them down or drawing them can be beneficial to you.

I intentionally keep these videos on the shorter side, as I feel that a gentle and natural inner healing experience is best. However, feel free to re-watch the video the following day or night, preferably, to continue your inner healing or gain more insights, as needed.

To begin your visualization inner healing just get yourself as comfortable as possible and listen to the simple guided meditation in the video. Then just gaze at the dreamscape for 5 to 15 minutes with the intention of inner healing.

Allow yourself to drift gently and receive any messages that may come through. If they do, jot them down and continue your visualization for as long as you feel comfortable.

As these are high-vibrational experiences, your subconscious mind is taking care of the inner healing for you, so you don’t need to make much conscious effort. Just relax and enjoy the moment! You might even recall a dream about it that night, which is a good sign that your inner healing has already begun!

On an energetic multidimensional level they help heal you emotionally, mentally, and physically. You may wonder how artwork can heal you physically. Well, it's simple because everything is energy. So, if you heal the energy, whether it’s emotional or mental, your physical health will follow.

For example, if you have a physical weight gain problem this could be due to stress from an emotional or mental issue. If you heal the emotional and mental energy then you eliminate the stress that leads to overeating. Without this stress, you won’t gain weight because you won't be overeating. In turn, you’ll lose both the emotional and physical weight.

Letting go of this baggage or negative energy in your energy field helps clear the way for more internal balance which leads to more positive choices in your life and insight into what is best for your well being.
